By accessing or using Fattourah ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use Fattourah. Your use of Fattourah constitutes your acceptance of these terms, including during your free trial and paid subscriptions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Fattourah after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or website notice.
PROMINENT NOTICE:
Fattourah is developed and operated by TrustDraft, a private Saudi company. Fattourah is NOT:
Fattourah is a commercial third-party e-invoicing tool. Your use of ZATCA services remains your responsibility.
Fattourah is an AI-powered SaaS platform designed to assist Saudi accountants and SMEs with:
Fattourah provides tools to facilitate compliant invoice creation. We do not guarantee acceptance of invoices by ZATCA or compliance with all ZATCA requirements. You remain responsible for your own ZATCA compliance and invoice accuracy.
You are responsible for:
You agree not to:
By using Fattourah, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business.
Fattourah offers the following subscription tiers:
Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' written notice. Price changes apply to renewals only, not current subscription periods.
All payments are processed through Moyasar, a Saudi payment gateway. We do not directly process or store payment card information. Your payment information is securely transmitted to and processed by Moyasar.
Subscription payments are charged on a monthly basis according to your billing date. For annual subscribers (if available), payment is charged annually on the subscription anniversary date.
If payment fails:
Prices are listed in USD. Your payment method's issuing bank or payment processor may apply currency conversion fees. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout if applicable under Saudi Arabia law.
By subscribing to Fattourah, you also agree to Moyasar's terms of service and privacy policies. See Moyasar.com for details.
If you are paying with a Mada card:
This limitation is due to Moyasar's current integration with Mada systems and is beyond Fattourah's control. We are working with Moyasar to resolve this issue and appreciate your patience.
New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to Fattourah features. No payment information is required to start the trial.
After 14 days, your trial account will expire and you will lose access unless you subscribe to a paid plan. Your invoice data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
To continue using Fattourah after your trial ends, you must select a subscription plan and provide valid payment information. Your first charge will occur immediately upon subscription. You will then be billed monthly on the anniversary of your subscription start date.
Trial accounts are subject to the same terms as paid accounts. We reserve the right to limit trial usage to prevent abuse (e.g., creating multiple trial accounts).
Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled. You are responsible for managing your subscription and canceling before the next billing date if you no longer wish to be charged.
To cancel your subscription:
Upon cancellation, your account access will terminate at the end of your current billing period. You will have until that date to export your data and invoices.
14-Day Refund Window: If you request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment, we will provide a full refund, minus any bank fees or currency conversion charges. Refunds after 14 days are not available except in cases of service failure on our part.
Approved refunds are processed through Moyasar within 5-7 business days and returned to your original payment method. Your account will be immediately suspended upon approved refund.
You retain all ownership rights to your business information, customer data, and invoice records. Fattourah does not claim ownership of your data.
You are responsible for:
Fattourah provides functionality to export your invoices and data in CSV/JSON format. You may request data export at any time, including after account cancellation (within 30 days).
While we maintain regular backups, Fattourah is not liable for loss of data resulting from your failure to maintain backups or follow security best practices. We recommend regular exports of critical data.
Fattourah facilitates invoice generation in ZATCA-compliant format but does NOT guarantee acceptance by ZATCA or compliance with all ZATCA requirements.
The ZATCA Phase 3 Wave 24 e-invoicing mandate deadline is June 30, 2026. Fattourah aims to support compliance by this date, but we make no guarantees. You should independently verify ZATCA requirements and timelines.
Fattourah's ZATCA API integration may experience downtime or failures beyond our control. We are not liable for failed invoice submissions to ZATCA. You must maintain independent compliance records.
Fattourah is not a tax advisor, accountant, or legal service. Features should not be construed as professional tax, accounting, or legal advice. Consult with a qualified Saudi accountant or tax professional for guidance on your specific tax obligations.
